NHL Playoffs Lightning vs. Penguins Game 5 live stream: Watch online
Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Pittsburgh Penguins are set to do battle in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Currently the series is tied at two games a piece after Tampa Bay held on to beat the Penguins 4-3 in Game 4. Game 5 will be taking place at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Penguins have an interesting decision to make as it is not known whether they will go with Marc-Andre Fleury in goal, who hasn’t started a game since late March, or continue to go with rookie goaltender Matt Murray, who was pulled in Game 4. Tampa Bay will likely stick with Andrei Vasilevskiy in net as Ben Bishop is still recovering from a lower body injury.
Game 5 will be a pivotal game for Tampa Bay. It is a must win for them because they have two games left at Consol Energy Center. Getting a win in Game 5 would set them up for an elimination game in Game 6 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
The fifth game of the Eastern Conference Finals will be aired on NBC Sports Network beginning at 8:00 PM EST.
