No. 5 – Dallas Cowboys

Okay, on paper, this looks like the longest shot out of the five teams on our list. The Dallas Cowboys have a great owner in Jerry Jones, but one has to think the power hungry Jones would clash with Fisher, who has admitted to loving being a college coach because he is the one in control.

Current Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has to be feeling his seat getting warmer following a 4-12 season last year. Another season like that will not cut it for a Cowboys fan base that hasn’t seen the playoffs much of late and is desperate to get back to the Super Bowl.

While quarterback Tony Romo is starting to get some years on him and is coming off an injury, Dallas did just draft Dak Prescott this year… and he is a signal caller who fits everything that Fisher has had since coaching in the SEC and at Florida State. He is big, physical, has a cannon for an arm and wheels to get out of situations.

More importantly for Fisher, Dallas is a team with a fan base that knows the game and will support the team with a passion he is used to from his time coaching in the South.
