The 2007 Playoffs were largely forgettable. The Golden State Warriors upset the Dallas Mavericks in the first round taking out the team with the best shot at winning the title. LeBron James had his rampage through the Detroit Pistons as the Cleveland Cavaliers made their first NBA Finals.

The Spurs though were the dominant team. They swept through the Cavaliers in what felt like the last vestige of the isolation-heavy basketball of the mid-2000s.

San Antonio was a good team, but still liable to their fair share of duds. And returning to Salt Lake City for Game Three of the Western Conference Finals, they laid such a dud.

How bad was the basketball in the mid-2000s? Deron Williams was at the height of his powers scoring 31 points and dishing out eight assists to lead the Jazz to victory. Carlos Boozer added 27 points and 12 rebounds. Yes, that Carlos Boozer.

The Spurs did not seem to care very much. They finished the series off two games later. This was their last loss of the Playoffs.
