Callahan drew a two-minute penalty there, but man did he pay a hefty price to get Malkin in the penalty box. Callahan’s future kids might have paid the ultimate price for it. Even though hockey players wear a cup, that’s got to hurt. Luckily, the Penguins were able to kill Malkin’s penalty, so perhaps the nut shot was worth it for Malkin. Judging by Callahan’s reaction, it definitely hurt. If you’re going to hit a guy down there, you might as well make it count.
