Here are the full qualifying results for the 2016 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday.
With the All-Star Race over, it’s time for NASCAR to head for the stretch run of their season. On Sunday, the drivers of NASCAR will put endurance to the test and subject themselves to a marathon of racing at the 2016 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Not only is the race a long one, but it takes an experienced driver to have the ability and knowledge of the track to pull out the win. On the line will be an eighth spot in the Chase if any new driver can win the race.
However, with the behemoths that have already won a race this season, it’s going to be hard for a new winner to emerge and take their spot in the Chase. On Friday, Martin Truex Jr. positioned himself to give himself a chance to maybe be one of those drivers, when he was the fastest in qualifying and won the pole for the Coca-Cola 600.
With a strong run by Truex Jr. giving himself a chance to make some noise on Sunday, here are the official qualifying results for the 2016 Coca-Cola 600.
