Does Paul George wear his own Indiana Pacers jersey on vacation? Quite possibly

Paul George is currently on vacation, somewhere in Spain, from the looks of it. But that doesn’t mean he ever really left Indiana, or even the Pacers’ locker room.

The NBA All-Star posted a picture of himself at the beach on Instagram…wearing what appears to be his own Pacers jersey (h/t Dylan MacNamara):

A little piece of heaven!

Some would call this vanity. I, however, call it devotion. He’s also wearing a Pacers hat. So, clearly, ball is life to George.

Plus, we can’t even be 100 percent sure it’s his own jersey. Mark Jackson wore No. 13 for Indiana as well. George only just switched to the number prior to 2014-15. Who’s to say he wasn’t going retro overseas? We all know how common Mark Jackson Pacers jerseys are in Europe these days.

Okay, fine. George is most definitely taking a selfie in his own jersey. And that’s awesome—especially if you’re a Pacers fan. It means George isn’t planning to demand a trade on account of Larry Bird’s decision to fire—um, I mean, not renew the contract of—his main man Frank Vogel.

Well that, or it means that George was fresh out of Roy Hibbert and Lance Stephenson Pacers jerseys.
