LeBron James throws down monster alley-oop (Video)

Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James was putting the hammer down early in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

After losing both games on the road against the Toronto Raptors earlier in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Cleveland Cavaliers came out firing on all cylinders in Game 6 on Friday night. With a chance to clinch a spot in the NBA Finals, LeBron James was out and running and setting the tone early.

As the Cavaliers were locking down on the defensive end of the floor, Kyrie Irving got out in transition and noticed James with a wide-open path to the hoop. That’s when Irving made his easiest decision yet and threw up the lob to James.

James would put it down and the Cavaliers would further emphasize early that they mean business.

The energy from the Cavaliers early was far different than anything that they had brought in Game’s 3 and 4 of the series. It all started with their leader and he helped the team build a big lead early in the game.

When James throws down a lob, there’s not a more amazing sight in the NBA than that.
