Dallas Baptist Patriots vs. New Mexico Lobos

With all of the big names that are almost always prominent in the college baseball landscape in terms of the programs hosting regional brackets and so on, sometimes the little guys get wrongly overlooked. That shouldn’t be the case out in the Lubbock Regional in the 2016 NCAA Baseball Tournament, though, as the Dallas Baptist Patriots are one of the most dangerous teams in the country as they take on the New Mexico Lobos at Dan Law Field on Friday.

Dallas Baptist lost only 17 games on the regular season, a mark that puts them right up there in terms of record with the No. 1 seeds. Now the question is if they’ll be ready for the pressure or if the Patriots will crack now that it’s time for the NCAA Baseball Tournament and the heat has been cranked up.

This game will be broadcast on ESPN3 with live streaming being available through WatchESPN, which can be accessed either online or on the ESPN app in the “Watch” tab by logging in to either with a cable or satellite subscription.
