Andre Iguodala got smacked in the groin yet again in the NBA Finals.
Andre Iguodala has been a huge contributor for the Golden State Warriors against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals thus far, but he’s taken some serious shots on the floor to the region of his body that can’t be named.
After getting smacked in his manhood by Matthew Dellavedova in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Iguodala took an unintentional shot from a driving LeBron James. As James tried to muscle his way to the hoop, his elbow connected right on the money and Iguodala immediately felt the pain of taking one to the groin again.
At this point, Iguodala is going to need some ice and hopefully some hazard pay for taking some huge shots to his testicles. It’s an unfortunate happening for any individual, but it’s the price of playing some outstanding defense when his team needs him most.
It’s probably going to hurt a while because of all the repeated shots, but if it pays off in a win, then it’s all worth it. Perhaps he should start wearing a cup on the floor.
