Aqib Talib shot in Dallas: Latest updates and reports

Aqib Talib has already been discharged from a Dallas hospital after he was shot at a local nightclub.
The NFL offseason can be a dangerous time of the year for a player if he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib, who is no stranger to brushes with the wrong side of things off the football field, has once again found himself in a scary situation.
On Sunday afternoon it was reported that Talib had been shot at a Dallas nightclub and taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Nothing else was known beyond that, but anytime you hear news like we heard about Talib, it’s hard to not instantly think the worse.
Thankfully, the story doesn’t have a tragic ending.
According to NFL Network reporter Jeff Darlington, Talib is already out of the hospital.
This is news that everyone close to Talib want to hear, but it doesn’t mean an end to his problems. Talib has gotten himself in trouble while with both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New England Patriots, and this isn’t even the first time that he’s been in trouble with gun violence in Dallas.
The Broncos released a brief statement on the incident on Sunday, saying that Talib was ‘Ok’ and the team was in the process of gathering information:
For now, before all for he repercussions hit following this latest incident, we can just rest easy knowing that Talib is recovering and no longer in any physical danger.
