Kevin Love takes an elbow to the head (Video)

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love took an inadvertent elbow to the back of the head and hit the floor.

Battling for a rebound inside the paint can get dangerous at times. With everyone fighting for every possession in the NBA Finals, people have been hitting the deck and elbows have been flailing about in a wild manner.

On Sunday night, there was a scary scene during the second quarter of Game 2, when Cavaliers forward Kevin Love took an inadvertent elbow to the back of the elbow. As Love waited for a rebound off of a missed shot by the Warriors, Harrison Barnes came flying in to make the rebound and accidentally caught Love in the back of the head.

The Warriors would then score on a huge lead to extend their lead to double digits, as Love laid on the ground and held his head in pain.

Upon review of the play, it was clear that he took a serious shot and a loose ball foul should have probably been called.

Luckily, he was able to remain in the game and would hit a big shot a few possessions later.
