UNC Wilmington came into this final matchup of the Columbia Regional in the driver’s seat against the hosts in South Carolina as the Seahawks hadn’t yet lost a game. However, the Gamecocks trounced UNC Wilmington in their first matchup. Now the Seahawks will need their offense that has been one of the best in the country all season to really step up to the plate. They were shut down by Tyler Johnson in the first meeting, but will the Gamecocks have the pitching to do that again? That’s the biggest thing to watch on Tuesday.
This game will be broadcast on ESPNU on Tuesday afternoon with live streaming being available via WatchESPN, which can be accessed either online or through the ESPN app simply by logging in using a cable or satellite subscription.
