With Bray Wyatt ready to get back into action now, is it possible that he will be added to the upcoming Money in the Bank match?
One of the more exciting events of the WWE calendar year is coming up later this month as Money in the Bank will take place in Las Vegas. However, this year something seems a bit off about the staple match, as there are only six competitors as opposed to the usual seven. However, don’t believe that they’re 100 percent set on six just yet.
As a matter of fact, Bray Wyatt could be the man to make the match the usual seven.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer, not only is Bray Wyatt ready to come back from injury next week, but there’s a good possibility that he could see himself added to the annual ladder match that gives the winner a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Wyatt has been out for a few weeks now as he’s been nursing an injured calf that he suffered while overseas, but it’s been reported for about a week now that he’s ready to get back into the ring. He’s teased a New Orleans return, which is where the go-home RAW will be taking place next week and he seems to have his sights set on that title.
The prospect of Wyatt in the Money in the Bank match is rather intriguing, to say the least. Before his injury, it appeared as if they were ready to give him the push that we’ve all been waiting for, and that push may have even come as a babyface. A win in the ladder match would ensure that they are indeed ready to strap the rocket to the “Eater of Worlds.”
Only time will tell, and apparently we will find out next Monday night.
