Third Baseman

High-Salary Option: Nolan Arenado-Colorado Rockies (4,100): Arenado has hit safely in seven of his last eight games with three multi-hit games, four homers, and ten RBI over that timespan.  He has the potential to go off and carry your fantasy team any night, and tonight he’ll be facing Kenta Maeda and the Dodgers in the rubber game of their three-game set in LA.∗∗

Mid-range Option: Adrian Beltre-Texas Rangers (3,300): Beltre has hit safely in ten of his last twelve games including five multi-hit performances.  He is also 9-26 (.346) against Doug Fister who starts tonight for the Astros.

Mid-range Option: Alex Rodriguez-New York Yankees (3,200): A-Rod has three multi-hit performances in his last four games and is 10-29 (.345) with a home run over the last week. Rodriguez has had tons of success against Jered Weaver in their past meetings (11-29, 5 HR, 8 RBI, 1.451 OPS).∗∗∗∗

High-Value Option: Justin Turner-Los Angeles Dodgers (2,700) Turner homered last night for the Dodgers and is 3-10 in his last three games.  He usually hits lefties well, so tonight’s matchup against Chris Rusin is a good one for him if he hits in the middle of the Dodgers lineup again.
