Golden State Warriors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, Game 5

As if the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers needed anything to further spice up the 2016 NBA Finals, that’s exactly what happened in the last game with the altercation between Draymond Green and LeBron James. Now Draymond has retroactively been assessed a Flagrant I for the incident and is suspended for Game 5, which will take place on Monday night from Oracle Arena.

With Green out of the lineup for the Warriors, that obviously puts the onus on the shoulders of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson even more so than normal. Both guards are capable of monster, team-carrying performances, but it may never have been as necessary as it will be in Game 5. However, LeBron James and company are facing elimination. Not only will the “King” be doing everything in his power to not lose, but you can also expect that Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love won’t exactly be waiting for their NBA Finals to come to a close.

Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals will be broadcast on ABC with live streaming then available through WatchESPN, which can be accessed by logging in with a cable or satellite subscription to either WatchESPN online or the ESPN app.
