Beyonce dedicates her song Halo to the victims of the Orlando shooting.

Beyonce is showing her love and support for the Orlando shooting victims the best way she knows how. During her final number of the Detroit stop on her Formation World Tour Tuesday night, Bey dedicated her uplifting ballad “Halo” to all those impacted by the heartbreaking mass shooting in Florida.

Beyonce told the huge crowd that the “song is about love,” and she wanted to send that love to the families of those 49 people killed in the Orlando night club shooting that has rocked the nation.

However, Bey didn’t stop there. The singer also dedicated “Halo” to the family of fellow musician Christina Grimmie, who was fatally shot in Orlando just days before the nightclub mass shooting.

"“I’d like to dedicate it to all of the family members that have family who lost their lives in Florida,” she said."

Others such as Adele, Paul McCartney, Queen, Adam Lambert, Elton John, and The Dixie Chicks have also performed onstage tributes to the victims this week.

Of course, Beyonce is just the latest celebrity to speak out in support of the Orlando victims. Many famous faces have taken to social media and other platforms to weigh in on the lives lost in Florida this month. Many stars have even called for more strict gun laws, as they do after each and every heartbreaking shooting situation.

Meanwhile, Beyonce’s kind gestures also were performed offstage during her time in Michigan this week. The songbird helped raise more than $82,000 for the residents of Flint, who are currently dealing with a water crisis.
