With the Money in the Bank ladder match set to take place in a few days, how to the participants stack up?

When it comes to WWE and big shows, traditionally everyone things about the “Big 4,” which entails the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series. However, since it has become its own show in the summer, Money in the Bank has become another staple show of the organization.

The Money in the Bank ladder match made its debut at WrestleMania 21, with the inaugural winner of the match being Hall of Famer Edge. It was the brainchild of Chris Jericho, with the stipulation being that the winner of the briefcase could cash in for a guaranteed WWE World Heavyweight Championship within the course of a year. It stayed on the WrestleMania card for a few years, but eventually it became so big that it needed its own three-hour event.

Once again here in 2016, we’re going to get all of the Money in the Bank excitement, with the ladder match taking center stage this Sunday. Six of the best the company has to offer will do whatever it takes to climb the ladder and grab that briefcase which, again, more or less has been shown to give you a guaranteed WWE World Heavyweight Championship reign.

With that being said, let’s have a look at the participants in this year’s Money in the Bank ladder match, ranking them from least likely to walk away with the briefcase to most likely.
