LeBron James had a performance for the ages in Game 6 of the NBA Finals and Twitter was full of incredible reactions as the series heads to a Game 7.
LeBron James was a one-man wrecking crew in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
The four-time NBA MVP had 41 points, eight rebounds and 11 assists in the 115-101 wire-to-wire win as the Cavs forced a Game 7 and won for the second game in a row while facing elimination.
The Golden State Warriors were never in this game after they dug an early hold and trailed by 20 points after the first quarter. Klay Thompson caught fire late in the third quarter to cut the deficit to nine points, but the Warriors couldn’t muster a comeback late in the game.
Especially after Stephen Curry fouled out and was ejected after he received a technical foul after throwing his mouthguard into the crowd.
As you would expect, Twitter was full of hot takes and knee-jerk reactions after the game. Here is a collection of the best tweets from the Cavs perspective.
It's funny cause whether the cavs win or lose, Lebron could score 50 points and still get hated on.
