Rams to wear LA throwbacks in 2016 (Photo)
In their return season the Los Angeles Rams are set to wear the LA throwbacks in 2016.
Unsurprisingly, the Los Angeles Rams are bringing one of the best uniforms in the NFL back for their return to LA in 2016. Fans will have flashbacks of Eric Dickerson in L.A., as the Rams will suit up in the bright blue and yellow for at least two games in 2016, according to Arash Markazi of ESPN.
Personally, I think the Rams should just make these their full-time home uniforms. They are much better looking than the dark blue and gold ones of the modern era, and it would be a great way for the Rams to return to L.A. That said, two games and possibly more is a good step as well.
It will be interesting to see if the NFL allows the Rams to partake in any more throwback jersey games. On one hand, it is a rule and it would be tough to tell another team no if they allow the Rams to play in their throwbacks for more than two games.

But on the other hand, Stan Kroenke and the Rams are bringing the NFL back to the second-largest market in the United States in a big way. I imagine that the Rams are squarely on the good graces of the league right now, and I would not be surprised to see them make an exception for their return season.
Regardless, it is certainly going to be a lot of fun watching Todd Gurley, Aaron Donald and the rest of the Rams running around in the bright blue and yellow in LA again.
