Results and full highlights from the Tag Team Championship match from WWE Money in the Bank 2016

The New Day have been rapidly approaching the longest reign as WWE Tag Team Champions in history, but they had a chance on WWE Money in the Bank 2016 to fall short as they were put in a Fatal 4-Way. With The Club, The Vaudevillains, and Enzo and Big Cass all coming for the belts at WWE Money in the Bank, that long reign was obviously in jeopardy—but fans were in store for a treat.

It was Karl Anderson and Kofi Kingston starting out the action in this affair and The Club started off having the upper hand in a big way. However, the tables turned slightly when Luke gallows tagged in as Kofi was able to get some space and then he and Enzo were able to take out both Club members.

After that, though, Kofi tried to roll up Enzo and Amore was shocked by the development:

The two briefly duked it out, but they then decided to let the powerhouses get involved as Big E and Big Cass both tagged in for a good ol’ fashioned hoss fight—or so we’d hoped. Instead, The Vaudevillains tagged in for Cass. Aiden English quickly regretted that choice as Big E took it to him initially:

Things evened back out, though, when order broke down and all eight men in the match began brawling.

That allowed English and Simon Gotch to recover and subsequently get rolling as Gotch started working on Kofi. When he tried to fight back, The Club tagged in and continued the onslaught on one-third of the tag champs.

Things continued to break down again and again, though, until Big Cass started going off on a big run through essentially everyone in the match. It looked like he and Enzo were about to get the win and (with a bit of a botch) Gallows broke up the count on Karl Anderson.

With everyone basically trying to run amuck, Big E began to use his power to dominate everyone in the match while also showing a bit of agility:

After a Magic Killer on English from The Club, E stopped the pin by deadlifting Anderson, Big Cass took Gallows out of the equation (in addition to himself also) with a Big Boot to the outside, and New Day were able to hit a Super Big Ending:

The New Day retains in a chaotic, fun match.
