Matthew Dellavedova celebrates the championship in a floral shirt

The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA Championship for the first time ever, which seems reason enough to celebrate. Last night, after the game was all said and done, a photo was found of Matthew Dellavedova celebrating in an incredible shirt.

This picture is near perfect. Dellavedova is not only wearing a flower-patterned shirt, but it seems like he’s posing for the shot, simultaneously holding his Corona and pointing to the picture.

So, naturally, Twitter did what it does and released a flurry of jokes.

He’s totally posing for this shot. If he doesn’t have a Corona partnership by the end of the day, someone isn’t doing their job correctly.

But wait, there’s more. As multiple people pointed out on, the shirt Delly is wearing is the same one that Kevin Love’s alter-ego ‘Lil Kev modeled.

That’s great teamwork if I’ve ever seen it.

Delly didn’t play as large a role as he did in the 2015 Finals, playing only a few minutes a game. Frankly, all that doesn’t matter. Matthew Dellavedova is an NBA Champion, inspiring millions who will never make the NBA to think they have a chance. They don’t and won’t, but they can believe. And that’s the legacy he’ll leave.
