Was Paige arrested after WWE Money in the Bank?

There have been some rumors circulating the past few days that WWE’s Paige was arrested following Money in the Bank

WWE Money in the Bank this past Sunday in Las Vegas brought us a lot of nice surprises, such as Dean Ambrose finally walking away with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, there have been some reports the past few days that the event also brought us a not-so-nice surprise in the form of WWE women’s superstar Paige being arrested.

From the time that the event ended on Sunday night all the way up until now, photos have been surfacing online all over the place of Paige being handcuffed and escorted into an ambulance after what appears to be an argument with real-life boyfriend and fellow WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio. You can view the photos here, as it does indeed look as if she was detained for some reason or another, which obviously leads to arrest rumors.

Now the question on everyone’s mind is: Was Paige actually arrested after Money in the Bank?

Well, according to the latest report from WrestleZone.com, Paige was not actually arrested on Sunday night, but sources close to them also noted at the same time that the incident was not staged for Total Divas either. So it’s entirely possible that there was a dispute with Del Rio after Money in the Bank, but it did not lead to any charges being filed.

Then, of course, you have to take into consideration that Paige was on Monday Night RAW the night after, where she actually wrestled for the Women’s Championship against Charlotte. You would think that if Paige was taken into custody and charges were filed that she would have been written out of the match and show altogether, as WWE takes legal matters pretty seriously for the most part.

So as of right now, no, it doesn’t look as if Paige was arrested on Sunday night following Money in the Bank.
