High Value OF

Justin Upton-Detroit Tigers (3,200): Upton hit a pair of homers on Monday night for 49.9 fantasy points and followed that with a 1-3 night last night with a walk.  He has hit safely in 11 straight games now and is 9-29 (.310) over the last week with four homers.

Shin-Soo Choo-Texas Rangers (3,000): Facing his former team as the Reds visit, Choo went 0-4 last night in the Rangers loss.  He’ll look to bounce back tonight and get on base against Dan Straily in front of the big bats in the middle of the Texas attack.∗∗

Michael Taylor-Washington Nationals (2,700): Taylor should get another start tonight for the Nats against lefty Julio Urias.  Taylor is the right-handed hitting side of the platoon with Ben Revere and has been hitting the ball well lately.  For the month, Taylor is 17-48 (.378) with five doubles, two homers, and six RBI. He went 1-4 last night with a double, and I love him tonight tif he hits leadoff for the second night in a row in front of a lineup that seems due for a big game.

Angel Pagan-San Francisco Giants (2,700): Pagan has hit safely in three straight and hit his first homer since returning from the DL last night.  He is 7-28 (.250) since returning with six RBI and five runs scored. As a switch-hitter Pagan splits pretty evenly, but his career totals are slightly better against lefties like Francisco Liriano who starts tonight for the Pirates.

Travis Jankowski-San Diego Padres (2,000): If you need a super-cheap OF who could get a start in a high-scoring game check on Jakowski who started for the Padres yesterday and went 1-4 in Baltimore with a walk, RBI, run scored, and stolen base.  He could start again tonight if Jon Jay is still out injured and would be in a good matchup against Ubaldo Jimenez if he does get the nod. If starting-
