Iceland vs Austria live stream: Watch Euros online
How to watch Iceland vs Austria in the 2016 Euros online
Of the seven groups playing at the 2016 Euros, it’s impossible to avoid the fact that Group F has wholly been the most surprising. Coming into Match Day 3, it’s the two teams that you would’ve called the underdogs of the group sitting in the top-two positions—including the feisty Iceland squad that’s captured the hearts of the world. However, the favorites can still make a coup and finish atop the group, which is what Austria will be trying to make happen on Wednesday against that Iceland team.
Quite frankly, Austria aren’t going to get out of the cellar of Group F if they don’t get more from David Alaba in this match against Iceland. The Bayern Munich star has been far too quiet in the 2016 Euros and his team’s performance has reflected that. On the opposite end of the spectrum, though, is this Iceland team that has played inspired football from the very start of the Euros. Gylfi Sigurdsson has been great in midfield, but it’s been a cohesive effort from the Iceland squad and it’s been a ton of fun to watch—but it’d be even more fun if they could get a quality result and advance on Wednesday.
