What time does NBA Draft 2016 start?

What time does the NBA Draft start tonight?

Ben Simmons and Malcolm Ingram made up the first two picks but beyond that we saw a plethora of interesting things happen and moves made. The Hawks dealt the 12th overall pick before the draft even started and the Bulls dumped Derrick Rose to the Knicks on Wednesday afternoon which helped them make their draft night decisions.
