The Sacramento Kings have been making moves leading up the NBA Draft, when they reportedly acquired the No. 22 overall pick in the draft. Well it appears that the Kings aren’t done making moves yet, as they try to revamp their roster and add more talent.
According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, the Kings aren’t giving up on their pursuit of Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard D’Angelo Russell.

Despite his off-the-court issues with his team, Russell was one of the best rookies in basketball last season and has a bright future ahead of him on the basketball court in this league.
That means that the Kings aren’t just going to be able to walk in and acquire him for cheap. This whole ordeal smells like a blockbuster trade and perhaps that could mean a DeMarcus Cousins trade?
It’s all speculative, but if these two sides are talking a deal, then something big could potentially be going down then.
