On Friday, Johnny Manziel’s lawyer accidentally texted the AP and the internet had some fun with the stupidity

It happens all the time to us human beings. Every now and then from time to time we will send a text, but that text will be sent to the wrong person. Most of the times it’s actually pretty harmless, but then we have what happened on Friday with Johnny Manziel’s lawyer.

You see, Manziel’s lawyer wasn’t paying all that much attention to exactly who he was texting, bringing up the Associated Press in the phone book. Well, what ended up happening was he sent some information to the public that he didn’t really want to send. First there was the admittance that they were seeking a plea deal in his domestic violence case, and then there was the little tidbit of info that Manziel spent over $1,000 at a drug paraphernalia store following his recent hit-and-run crash.

Yeah — pretty safe to say that this information was not supposed to be for our eyes, yet, here we are.

Of course, after the mistake was made, the internet had a lot of fun with what had just taken place most recently in the saga that is the life of Johnny Manziel.

Well, yeah, this day could probably have gone better for all parties involved here. Except for the AP, who was able to give us our laugh for the day.
