How to watch Croatia vs Portugal in the 2016 Euros Round of 16 online

Portugal were supposed to have an easy waltz into the Knockout Stages and the Round of 16 in the 2016 Euros when the draws were first announced. They were clearly the top flight squad in Group F and appeared as if they’d be able to dominate. However, that was far from the case. Not only did they not dominate in the group, but they barely survived it thanks to a heroic performance from Cristiano Ronaldo in the final Group Stage match. Now it’s a match with a rolling Croatia side awaiting them.

Ronaldo hadn’t shown many signs of life before his scoring outburst to save Portugal at the end of the Group Stages, but that’s what one of the best players in the world is capable of. Even when you count him out, he’s still able to piece together some magic and go to work. Croatia on the other hand have rarely faltered even with some injuries derailing their initial plans. Luka Modric and Mario Mandzukic look to return on Saturday though and that will only serve to make them more dangerous.
