Identifying the top high salary and value shortstop plays from around Major League Baseball for your June 28 DraftKings lineup.

Our goal is to help you win DraftKings contests with consistently strong lineups. To accomplish that, we’ll be highlighting some higher salary players worth paying up for, and some value picks that will help you save salary in key areas. These picks are specifically for DraftKings lineups, so all references to prices and fantasy points are based on DK figures.

As always, be sure to double-check final MLB lineups and monitor weather situations before locking in your DFS lineups.

High Salary

Corey Seager, Dodgers (4,900): Seager has hit safely in his last 10 starts, a stretch that also includes five games of double-digit fantasy points. He’s also hitting .312 against right-handers, so Tuesday’s road matchup with Milwaukee Brewers starter Chase Anderson (4-7, 5.13 ERA) is one that works in Seager’s favor. He’s one of the top shortstop plays on Tuesday’s slate.

Troy Tulowitzki, Blue Jays (4,800): It’s been a rough season for “Tulo,” but he appears to be turning things around. He has three homers over his last seven games and has also reached double-digit fantasy points in five of those seven games. He went hitless in the series opener Monday at his old home park in Colorado, but he should rebound Tuesday against righty Eddie Butler (2-4, 6.71 ERA).

High Value

Brad Miller, Rays (3,900): Miller is a solid value option Tuesday at home against the Boston Red Sox. He has six hits and 28 total fantasy points over his last two games, and is 2-for-5 with two home runs in his career against right-hander Rick Porcello (8-2, 3.93 ERA). Tampa Bay snapped its 11-game losing skid on Monday with a 13-7 shootout win against Boston, so more runs could be in store on Tuesday.

Didi Gregorius, Yankees (2,900): This is a great value play on Tuesday. Gregorius’ price is way down, due in no small part to his matchup with Texas Rangers lefty Cole Hamels (8-1, 2.79 ERA). But keep in mind that Gregorius is hitting .375 against southpaws this season, and is 3-for-5 in his career against Hamels.
