Toronto Raptors

The Raptors are on the upswing! They’re coming off their most successful season in the history of of the franchise, but it never felt like they were good enough to really compete for a championship. The gap between them and Cleveland was just a little too noticeable. This is why they need Kevin Durant. He’ll give them the push necessary to not only exceed Cleveland, but bring a title to an entire country. That’s right, Durant won’t just be winning a title for one singular city. If the Raptors win an NBA title with Durant leading the way that’s a win for the entire country of Canada. Nobody has ever done that before, and that’s one way to cement your legacy as an NBA player, and to never have to pay for a drink in Canada ever again.

Toronto also has an underrated nightlife, and is a great city that everybody who lives there raves about. Players that have embraced the city are happy there, and once you embrace Toronto they’ll embrace you right back. Be different. Do what nobody has done before, sign with the Raptors, and bring a title outside of the United States. Become a national hero, and watch as Canadian kids everywhere grow up wanting to be just like Kevin Durant.
