Charlotte Hornets

The owner of the Hornets is the greatest player to ever play the game. Durant said last year he was frustrated at how the media talked about an aging star in Kobe Bryant. Well then he must be fuming mad when he sees what has become of the GOAT. Jordan has gone from the jumpman logo being his most iconic image to a crying face that gets plastered onto absolutely everything. The Hornets are very close to championship contender, and if they get Durant they’ll be right in the mix for it.

It’s a chance for Durant to clean the name of Michael Jordan, and return him back to his former glory. On top of this he’ll get to wear one of the best color schemes in the NBA, on the coolest home floor, with the best home whites. When Charlotte’s arena is buzzing there aren’t many louder arenas, and this is a franchise that has patiently made itself relevant once again after many painful years since their return in 2004. They have one of the best coaches in the NBA in Steve Clifford, and who doesn’t get giddy watching Kemba Walker dish out a cross over? The Hornets were one of the best three-point shooting teams in the NBA last year, and Durant has to have seen that last year’s two NBA Finals teams were both stock full of three-point shooting. They are designed perfectly for a guy like Durant to dominate, and if he goes to Charlotte that’s just what he’ll do.
