The Los Angeles Clippers don’t have as much money to play with because their big three is all under contract, but they’re still trying to make some noise in free agency. The team will pitch Kevin Durant and if they try to sign him, they will have to trade some players and make some roster moves.
However, it looks like they want to bring one of their own back. According to Sam Amick, the Clippers have reached out to Jamal Crawford and Doc Rivers told him that he is going to be staying in Los Angeles.

It’s certainly interesting considering the money that Crawford is going to be making under the new market, but the Clippers certainly feel that they have the ability to find the money for all of these moves that they want to make.
Crawford has been a big part of their rotation and is a great player off the bench for them. Having a strong sixth man is important and the Clippers want to keep one of the best in the league.
