5. His friendship with LeBron James

There are not better friends in the NBA than LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. Even when James went back home to Cleveland, the bond between the two got stronger and they want nothing but the best for each other on and off the court in their lives.

If Wade really wants to win down the final stretch of his career and it’s not quite sure how many years his body has left, teaming up with his best friend is the right move. It’s not like he is best friends with a sixth man on some team in a small market, he is best friends with one of the best ever.

Wade said it himself that relationships are important and if it wasn’t truly about the money, he would make the sacrifice to go play with his best friend and try to win more championships before he finally hangs it up.

In fact, it would be hard to blame him for leaving to go to Cleveland and he would probably endear himself to many people who want to see him remain at the top.

These two are unbelievably close and you have to know that they’re talking about one last rodeo together on the basketball court.
