Next: Who are the top pitching options on Wednesday's Main Slate?

FanDuel MLB
Jun 17, 2016; St. Petersburg, FL, USA; San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (47) works out prior to the game against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. Mandatory Credit: Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

Johnny Cueto ($10,800) at home versus Colorado:Ā Over the last month Cueto has been very solid, averaging 40 points per game and comes into the night as the largest favored pitcher (-210) of any on the evening slate.

Cueto is the clear chalk from a cash game perspective as he has the safest floor of any pitcher and in his last start against the Rockies he put up 42 FanDuel points.

The only issue I have with paying up for Cueto is that heĀ would need 54 points just to hit 5x value and he has only hit that mark once in his last 7 starts.

Mike Fiers($7,700) at home versus Seattle:Ā Fiers has pitched well recently, limited his opponents to two or fewer runs in each of his last 4 starts and is a solid home favorite (-160) against the Mariners on Wednesday.

Fiers has serious home/away splits on the season pitching to a 2.87 ERA at home versus a 5.94 ERA on the road.

Fiers has put up 40+ points in two of his last three starts including a 6 innings, 4 strikeout win against the White Sox his last turn out.

I expect Fiers will be overlooked on this smaller slate and I am happy to target a mid-tier starting pitcher so that I can load up on bats!

Pitching Summary:Ā Cueto is the lock in cash game play but with a handful of offenses I want to target, dropping down to Fiers will allow you to build a high upside lineup that could take down a GPP!

Next: Who are the top offenses to target Wednesday night?

Sep 26, 2015; Houston, TX, USA; Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (27) is congratulated for hitting a home run by right fielder George Springer (4) and center fielder Carlos Gomez (30) against the Texas Rangers at Minute Maid Park. Astros won 9 to 7. Mandatory Credit: Thomas B. Shea-USA TODAY Sports

Astros versus LHP Wade LeBlanc:Ā Anytime the Astros are at home facing a lefty, they make for one of my top stacks in DFS due to their right-handed heavy lineup.

Jose Altuve ($3,800), Carlos Correa ($4,000) and George Springer ($4,500)Ā are all averaging over 16 points per game over the last two weeks and they make for my top stack as one of the highest upside trios in the entire sport!

Hanley Ramirez ($3,600)Ā against LHP Martin Perez:Ā Hanley has put up back to back 25+ point outings and gets a favorable match-up against a pitcher who has given up 10 home runs to RHB this season and allows us to get exposure to the Red Sox lineup.

Jake Lamb($3,600) against RHP Colin Rea:Ā Lamb has 6 straight games with double-digit points, averaging a cool 22 points per game over the last week and with a game in Chase Field is my top option at 3B on the evening slate.

Hitting Summary:Ā I love the Astros as a stacking option at home but I want to make sure I have exposure to both Arizona and Boston who are at home and will be great targets in all formats.
