I can’t think of a better mentor for Jimmy Butler

One understated part of Wade’s promise is the long term effect he’ll have on Jimmy Butler. If Wade decides to take the young shooting guard under his wing and help him improve, we could be seeing the nucleus of a strong core forming. Dwyane Wade has seen it all, he’s played with and against just about everyone, and he will provide some leadership for the younger Butler.

In Wade, Butler has something that he’s never had before: a mentor. The older, wiser Wade will most definitely give Butler all of the pointers and small pieces of advice that will turn him into more of a monster than he already is. If Butler and Wade gel as friends, the Bulls will be that much better.
