In a stunning move, guard Dwyane Wade is no longer a member of the Miami Heat.

With Wade and the Heat growing apart over money over the last couple of weeks, suitors emerged for the three-time champion’s service. Well it looks like Wade is going back home.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Wade has informed the Chicago Bulls that he will be signing with them, pending their ability to clear cap space in a trade.

For the Bulls, they now have their native son in their back court to go with the recently signed Rajon Rondo. It will be interesting to see how he, Rondo and Jimmy Butler fit together, but it should be a competitive atmosphere that will only make the Bulls better.

Not many thought Wade would ever leave Miami, but this free agency has been the wildest on record. In the end, the Heat and Wade couldn’t make it work and his tenure there has come to an end.
