How to watch the 2016 Tour de France Stage 7 online

Without question, the Tour de France is high drama from start to finish. However, things don’t really start to take their true shape until the best cyclists in the world start getting into the mountains. That’s what’s set to happen on Friday as the 2016 Tour de France Stage 7 is the first mountain stage that should start putting some clear divides in the pack.

Stage 7 of the 2016 Tour de France will begin at L’Isle-Jourdain and go 162.5 kilometers through Lac de Payolle with a mild start to the mountains at col d’Aspin in store for the riders. Mark Cavendish is starting to look dangerous as of now and Chris Froome is tasty considering what he did in the mountains just last year. Will this first mountain stage get them in a better position to catch current yellow jersey wearer Greg Van Avermaet or will it allow the leader to simply just pull farther ahead.

Stage 7 of the Tour de France will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network while live streaming will be available through NBC Sports Gold once again. NBC Sports Gold is available via a paid subscription to the service and can then be accessed either online or through the app after that.
