What is the MLB All-Star Futures Game?

Just like other sports, the MLB All-Star Game events span multiple days and there are many great things for fans of the game to check out. This year, the All-Star Game takes place at Petco Park in San Diego and will be played in beautiful weather.

The first event that is going to take place is the All-Star Futures Game. This event is an event that puts the spotlight on the young talent in the minor leagues. Each team has their top prospects represent them and the game is played in a Team USA vs. Team World Format.

It gives a chance for the young players to get some recognition, as they work their way toward making the big leagues. It’s a great chance for prospects to further build a name for themselves and become household commodities before reaching the big level.
