James Harden fired some shots at the Warriors in an open letter to Rockets fans

James Harden does not like super teams, and he’s made that very clear in several passive-aggressive phrases in an open letter to Rockets fans.
Today, Houston Rockets star penned an open letter to Rockets fans all over the world.
It’s a nice sentiment from Harden, but it contains another subtle jab at Kevin Durant’s move to the Golden State Warriors: the inclusion of the “we are not a ‘super-team’, but just a group of guys that want to work hard to be the very best”.
This isn’t the first jab Harden took at the Warriors recently. At his contract renegotiation press conference, he reportedly said:
"“Obviously the Warriors are a really good team … but there’s only one basketball. You’ve got to figure it out.”"
Technically, Harden is right. There is only one basketball that can be used at a time in the game of basketball. The Warriors have a lot of star power on their team, and it might be hard getting everyone the ball. However, it might not be smart for Harden to be taking shots at a team that just eclipsed the all time regular season win record, came within single digit points of winning two in a row, and signed a top-5 player in the NBA this offseason.
Harden will definitely have to back up his smack talk on the court. The Rockets only beat the Warriors once last season, and that was by one mere point. If you come at the king, you best not miss.
