TMZ captured exclusive footage of Draymond Green’s arrest, which occurred because he slapped a heckler in a bar.
The NBA world was rocked on Monday when reports surfaced that Draymond Green got arrested. Not only does it affect his immediate future of playing for Team USA at the Olympics, he could also face sanctions by the NBA before the start of the season.
Draymond Green’s Golden State Warriors lost the NBA Finals after leading 3-1, and Green’s groin shot to LeBron James changed the course of the series. If he didn’t get suspended for Game 5, they probably win the series in five games, and they probably don’t go after Kevin Durant as a result.
Even though he was back in Michigan, where he played college basketball, lots of fans hated the way Green conducted himself in the NBA playoffs which is why he was mercilessly heckled by fans in a bar. When he decided that he had enough, he slapped a heckler, and got arrested.

Even though Draymond is a very talented player, this is a bad look for him, and for the Warriors. He needs to clean up his act starting next season if he wants to avoid negative confrontations like this again.
