Jacksonville Jaguars No. 5 overall draft pick Jalen Ramsey may be a millionaire now, but that doesn’t stop him from eating like a college kid for dinner.

With some people, money changes everything. They begin to enjoy the finer things in life once their income ascends to that next tax bracket or two. Jacksonville Jaguars top five pick in safety Jalen Ramsey might be a millionaire, but he still eats like a poor college kid like he did in Tallahassee for the Florida State Seminoles.

On Sunday night, Ramsey shared on Twitter his dinner of choice: A can of Vienna sausages, arranged in a radiant display, with a touch of hot sauce, a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, Berry Blast Mike and Ike’s, washing it all down with a delicious blue Powerade. This all could have been purchased at a local convenience store for under $10.

No reason to really hate on Ramsey’s dinner selection, but he plays in the NFL and could eat filet mignon every day if he wanted to. Not to mention that he is supposed to be the next great franchise player for the Jaguars defense. Ramsey has drawn comparisons to Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders and Arizona Cardinals defensive back Tyrann Mathieu.

NFL scouts tabbed Ramsey as a top five talent with arguably the least potential to bust in the NFL. He has the physical gifts to theoretically play all six defensive back positions in head coach Gus Bradley’s Jacksonville secondary.

However, he is coming off a meniscus tear suffered in rookie minicamp and the Jacksonville diet of essentially gas station food probably doesn’t make either Bradley or Jaguars general manager David Caldwell all that happy.

One of the biggest things rookies need to learn once joining the NFL is how to take care of their body. While that might be a delicious dinner for a college guy on a tight budget on a Sunday night, Jacksonville has to have better take-out options on a Sunday night, right?
