Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus says the suspension of Tom Brady for their week two game will take away from a possible win.

Barring a last minute decision by the United States Supreme Court to hear the case of Tom Brady’s suspension over the Deflate-Gate scandal that won’t go away (and since the high court has other cases to worry about, they won’t take it up), Tom Brady is going to miss the first four games of the 2016 season.

Included in that span will be a game against two AFC East divisional foes, the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. For Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, not playing Brady in their Week Four battle means that any win might not be as sweet or may be looked at differently by those outside of Buffalo:

"“For him not to be out there just kind of tears me up a little bit, but the second time I see him, like, we going to be excited to play against him. That’s the win we want.”“I mean, we win, all right, we win,” Dareus told NFL Network. “But I don’t feel like I really won until we beat the guy. I love playing against Brady. I get up for him. I’ve been playing against him every year. He knows I’m coming.”"

Darius does have a point in the fact that beating the Patriots when they are at full strength does give validation for any team. When the Dolphins won the AFC East in 2008, many put an asterisk by it since Brady was out for the season with a knee injury.

With games against the Dolphins, Bills, Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans, the Patriots could easily be a 1-3 team when Brady steps back on the field. Still, those four games will be look at differently than the remaining 12 once he’s back.
