Henrik Stenson sits atop the leaderboard at the 145th Open Championship at Royal Troon Golf Club after 54 holes. Here’s a look at the board and the highlights from Round 3 on Saturday.

There’s two names that have separated themselves as the two favorites to win the Claret Jug as the winner of The Open Championship: Henrik Stenson (-12 overall) and Phil Mickelson (-11).

After Moving Day on Saturday, Stenson was able to overtake Mickelson — the leader after the first two rounds — on the 18th hole with a clutch birdie and took a one-shot lead heading into the final round at Royal Troon.

Despite losing the lead after 54 holes and a weird situation with cameras going off during one of his shots on, Mickelson still took the time to make a young fan’s day after his under-par round of 70.

After Stenson and Mickelson on the leaderboard, 15 other players are under par, including the entertaining Andrew “Beef” Johnston (-5), Sergio Garcia (-2), last year’s Open Championship winner Zach Johnson and this year’s U.S. Open champion Dustin Johnson both at one under par through three rounds.

Four-time major winner Rory McIIroy was one of those under par until a bogey on the 15th hole and then a wayward shot and club throw summed up the story around his round of +2 (73).

It’s rare that you see the pros look like the average joes on the local courses around the world, but it happens every now and again.

McIlroy didn’t have that much fun during his round on Saturday, but NBC on-course commentator had more fun than anyone during the third round in a kilt. (No, seriously.)

Golf can be a weird game and a frustrating game. Just ask Rory McIIroy.

But, Feherty always makes enjoyable.
