During his 13 years in the NFL, Tillman was one of the most productive and physical defensive backs in the league. His ability to knock balls out of hands and force fumbles along with his ability to shut down receivers made him a stalwart with the Chicago Bears for many years.
He spent his final season with the Carolina Panthers and helped the team make a run at a Super Bowl, before he ultimately got injured. It was a great career for a great defensive back and now he can live life swatting other objects out of hands.
It’s an awesome way to go out for a great player.
