A look at the match card for WWE Battleground, including the main event of the show.

On Sunday night, the WWE Battleground pay-per-view will take place from Washington, D.C. This is the final big event before SummerSlam, often considered the company’s second-biggest show.

The main event of Battleground will see Dean Ambrose defend the WWE Championship vs. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. This was made before Reigns was suspended by WWE for 30 days due to a Wellness Policy violation. Who will begin the Brand Extension with the top title?

Another top match will see John Cena team with Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows. With Styles going to SmackDown and Anderson and Gallows going to Raw, this will be the last time The Club is a collective unit. Does that mean they go out with a loss to Cena and Co.?

The Miz will also be defending the WWE Intercontinental Championship vs. the repackaged version of Darren Young. The former Prime Time Player won this opportunity in a battle royal. Can Bob Backlund make Darren Young great enough to win on Sunday?

With this in mind, here is a look at the WWE Battleground match card.
