NFL Training Camp: When do Carolina Panthers start?
Looking at when training camp for the Carolina Panthers will get underway for both rookies and veterans and where they’ll be practicing
In the 2015 NFL season, the Carolina Panthers looked like world-beaters for most of the year as they lost only one regular season game. They then parlayed that success into a trip to the Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos. Unfortunately, it was an ill-fated meeting with Von Miller in the big game as the Panthers ultimately lost. Now it’s time to start their redemption tour, which begins with Panthers training camp.

Ahead of the wildly successful year they had last season, the Panthers had a bit of an odd time at training camp. Panthers training camp saw Cam Newton and Josh Norman get into an all-out fight on the field and got everyone talking and worrying about maturity issues.
Now the story this year at training camp also involves Josh Norman, but in a different way as he won’t be there. It’ll now be interesting to see how Luke Kuechly and the Carolina defense start to recover from not having their best corner from last year and what Ron Rivera has in store as well.
Carolina fans new and old subsequently are curious as to when Panthers training camp will get underway and where they’ll have to go to watch if they’re so inclined.
For both rookies and veterans, players will report on July 27 to Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. From there begins their NFC title defense.
