Tonight is a pretty light MLB schedule with only seven games on tap, but here are still plenty of good options to consider for your DFS fantasy baseball team. The weather looks like it will cooperate enough to make all 14 teams in action worth considering for today’s FanDuel daily picks highlighting the best plays of the day which you can find on the following slides .

The first wave of games tonight gets started at 7:10 which is when the main contest on FanDuel will lock in your roster.  Three games are scheduled for 7:10 as the Twins host the hard-hitting Orioles, Jose Fernandez takes the mound for the Marlins against the Cardinals, and the Braves welcome in the Phillies.  Two more games get underway at 8:05 in the center of the country as the Rangers host the World Champion Kansas City Royals and the White Sox and Cubs wrap up their four-game battle of Chicago.  The last two games of the night are from the West Coast as the Red Sox open their series in LA against the Angels while the Nationals visit the Giants by the Bay.

Almost every morning, you can find my FanDuel daily picks right here at FanSided.  My daily goal is to provide you the information you need to select the best of the available options to build your own lineup that can bring home a win.  In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, there are a variety of options on each slide with high-salary options, mid-range options, and high-value options at each position.

More from Atlanta Braves

For starting pitchers and outfielders, I’ve separated my picks into high-salary and high-value options on separate slides while the other positions each get one slide per position with multiple pricing options. I base each of my picks on the current form of each player and the matchups each player will face in tonight’s contest.

I’ve found it very helpful to rank my picks to show the strength of each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a points-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the my most confident picks into my lineups for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In my FanDuel daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy baseball hub.
