After a strong finish to the season that included winning 10 straight games, the Kansas City Chiefs are heading into the 2016 season with high expectations.

With the Denver Broncos potentially taking a step back because of uncertainty at the quarterback spot, the Chiefs and their deep roster are in a fantastic position to take over in the AFC West and potentially grab a top seed in the playoffs.

Andy Reid got the team over the hump last season by ending their playoff win drought and now they don’t have to worry about that cloud hanging over them. Heading into camp, the Chiefs are hopeful that Jamaal Charles will be fully healthy and able to take the league by storm again.

The big thing to watch for Kansas City is when Eric Berry decides to show up, as he is currently in the midst of a contract dispute with the club. He’s the heart of the team and getting him back is a must for the team.

The first practice takes place Saturday, July 30 at 3:30 p.m. Which players will stand out early for Kansas City?
