For the first time in recent memory, the Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for training camp and there’s no chance of running back Marshawn Lynch being there. The enigmatic back has now retired and left the Seahawks in the past, but that only makes the forthcoming Seahawks training camp even more intriguing with that and many other questions burning.

As far as the post-Beast Mode era goes, it seems clear that Thomas Rawls is going to pick up the starting job as of now. However, the Seahawks will need to see how healthy he looks at training camp and what else they’ll be able to do with Rawls taking the reins at the position.
Related to that will also be seeing what the offensive line for the Seahawks looks like in training camp. That’s arguably the chief concern for this team coming into the 2016 season is how the blocking will be for Rawls and the newly married Russell Wilson and training camp will be the first glimpse people get of an answer to that question.
With so many moving pieces—like always—flying around in Seattle heading into the 2016 season, there’s reason to be both excited and intrigued about camp. However, fans wanting to keep a close eye might be curious as to when Seahawks training camp starts and where the team will be practicing.
