DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy baseball lineup-August 1

Get another month of fantasy baseball off to a booming starting tonight with my DraftKings daily picks from tonight’s eight games.

It’s going to be a busy day in Major League Baseball even before a pitch is thrown tonight. With the non-waiver trade deadline at 4:00 PM ET, there should be plenty of activity to follow throughout the day setting us up for a solid eight-game slate of games for tonight. If you’re starting August with some DFS fantasy baseball action, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides to see who I think you should get in your lineup.

The first games get underway tonight at 7:10 PM ET when the Indians host the Twins in an AL Central matchup, the Rays host the Royals, and the Mets and Yankees battle in another interleague battle for New York. Those three games will be joined by two more at around 8:00 as the Cubs host Miami and the Astros welcome in the Blue Jays. In the later window, there are three games out West where the D-Backs host the Nationals at 9:40, the Mariners welcome in the Red Sox at 10:10, and the Brewers head to Petco to take on the Padres at 10:10 as well.
